- The Sports & Youth Affairs Department helps to make sure that sport and recreation, and complete youth development are provided with quality, excellence, equal access and full involvement, so that everyone can have a better life.
- Help young people to play sports and games, do youth activities and build the needed facilities.
- Encourage young people to find new and better ways to solve problems and make positive changes in the world.
- Make young people healthier in body, mind and spirit by lowering anxiety, depression, stress and raising self-esteem, confidence and brain power.
- Make more people aware and involved in youth sports and how it can benefit them and others.
- Make young people healthier by participating in varius sports & youth activities.
- Teach soft skills and values such as working together, being supportive and respectful that are important to make societies peaceful and united.
- Give a good start to a young person’s long journey toward a healthy and active lifestyle.
